  1. This is a very good vocast (videocast) and at 21:30, Mr Navarro gives us all some very good advice: when to get off the stage. I am an entertainer and I want to do a world tour, but with the pandemic everything is off the table, and one day we'll have a green light. The thing is that one day I am going to have to make the call to quit singing on stage. That day won't be a fun time to experience, but it's better to know it's going to happen and be prepared for realizing one has to perhaps stop doing the one thing that has kept you going all your life.

  2. Amanda Knox turned cartwheels at the police station when being interrogated. The police were stunned by her behavior. After, she never agreed to take a lie detector test. If one is innocent, why would they not agree to a lie detector test? There was a list of specific things that tied her to the night of the killing—I think blood was found on her clothes that matched the blood on the knife---I don’t have the facts, but the Italian police clearly believed she was involved in the murder. Will we ever know? My gut feeling is that she was involved, but it’s only a feeling.
