  1. Ms Ingraham, I am writing to you this evening from across the world and even this far away I feel like the world has lost its heart in San Francisco! Laura, you've got kids. Who on Earth would ever want their small children----and even ados----to see people who are clearly in need of care and attention doing all sorts of things in front of children that you and I know will surely have some negative effect on them later in life? You can't have someone relieving themselves on your front lawn when you're 4 1/2 years old and not have that engraved into your memory. What is my point? FOX NEWS carries weight; you can use the children’s future mental health to help get the mayor of San Francisco to make a law that states that no one can sleep rough in the city limits of San Francisco and for that matter any city in the USA. It is appalling and degrading to American kids and everyone else in the USA and around the world to see your country being dragged through the homelessness epidemic. How to change things. 1. No camping, rough sleeping in any US city. Temporary places on the city limits set up with showers, washing and drying, cheap food, cooking facilities, security for homeless people. 2. No exceptions. 3. A Department of Emergency Housing created for the next Administration. Please consider these ideas!
