Could you please do a segment playing the devil's advocate, and give the reasons why the Republicans have an 'Alamo Mentality' about their Davy Crockett? If I might add my two cents worth, I think Republicans rememeber what Dick Nixon said about politics. He said there is only oblivion for a politician if he loses. The Republicans in the Senate have expensive lifestyles, movie-star homes, and wear Gucci jeans.
