The mere fact that the Supreme Court is giving the Trump Administration a stay of 10 more days to beef up their argument speaks volumes of what US politics has become: A two-bit system that bends over backwards to protect anyone who has hit the billion-dollar benchmark. Shame on Justice John Roberts for falling for this tired trick of letting the Trump legal team bulldozer and plow under yet another precept in the justice system. Trump knows the map to treasure island is the hidden in his tax returns. The Supreme Court knows that if they allow Trump’s tax returns to be released the government may not survive the public outcry which may backfire on them and get main street America ready for revolution.
