  1. Looking at this videocast from across the world where we have too much rain, it is sad that we could not send the rain over to the Colorado river and the other areas in drought. What is shocking is how that no one ever imagined this would happen and no plan B, C and D for backup. We need a Czar of Water for the planet. Here is what I think we should do. The world is awash in CO2. Let's pull the CO2 out of the atmosphere, infuse hydrogen in it to make H2O--no, I don't know if that's possible---and get two death-traps out of the way in one shot. We must use the CO2 and make water from it to give to drought-stricken regions.
