Comments by "" (@tekannon7803) on "Ukraine reports Russian strikes on Odesa: What it means for the grain deal | DW News" video.
The big question for me is are we---the western world---really going to allow the grain to not be delivered simply because Russia starts firing missiles at Ukrainian ports? I mean, are we going to allow ourselves to be blackmailed and have forever on our consciences that because of us caving in and allowing Russia to bulldoze a deal it has signed and promised to honor, millions or as Erdogan puts it---billions of people---will starve? Isn't it time to put our foot down and say we want no part of any war with Russia, but we cannot allow innocent people to die simply because a Russian commander nixes on the deal set to save people from going hungry. I have never gone hungry in my lifetime, but it must be agonizingly painful and especially if you see your kids crying themselves to sleep with empty stomachs. You know, the first person to shout often takes control of a situation. We should start shouting for the human community until the grain is delivered...

@danielmorgner1169 GGGGGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. There is someone who wants to talk to you and she will appear tonight in your 3rd dream. She has the head of a hyena and the body of a RR. Just kidding, but you're right----and everyone's opinion needs to be listened to. What we must realize is that, like the homeless, we must get people the minimum in life or life is meaningless. In my country, if you lose your flat and have no place to live you go down to a city park and put up a tent and hang out a sign saying you have no place to live. The government will provide you a place to live, food, money for clothes etc. It's in the constitution. It's the minimum. How can you improve in life if you haven't even got a place to live let alone food to eat and clothes for your kids? I say: Feed the hungry and we'll let their governments worry about what's next on the agenda.
