What is important is for Kosovo to continue to implement the new rules but to do with grace. You can get people to understand things by being persuasive and understanding and to just keep saying that this is how it will be from now on, but that people can live freely as always. To recap: you say to the people: here are the new rules. You keep repeating with a smile.

@jovicatrpcevski209 GGGGGGGGGGreat to hear from you. You sound like you've got a handle on the situation a lot better than me. I only try to find solutions to problems and the problems between competing communities are massive. I would like to find a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian crisis most of all. Something has got to give so that both of those peoples can live normally again. It's got to be just as hard between Serbs and Kosovars, but we know there is always a solution...
