  1. Dear Mr Rogan and Mr Shapiro, I am watching this videocast from the other side of the world from you. Thank you Mr Rogan for doing very good job of interviewing people and making the interview sound like it was in your living room. What I don't understand about the tent-city phenomenon is why on Earth doesn't the LA city council ban all tents and rough sleeping within the city limits? Where I live a person cannot crash-out on a park bench. They do, of course, but for the most part people cannot just put up a tent in somebody's neighborhood. It's unfair to the people living in California to exit their homes and find people being disrespectful and invading their blocks. Why can't rough sleepers be directed to the city limits? It's not the solution, but it would be more fair to the people who have to live with all the incoveniences of having people crash in their neighborhoods.
