The only thing good I pull out of SL's succinct but jam-packed with intrigue, interview with Sean is that if Putin is nodding to loyalty and discarding competence in his military, there is going to be an implosion of power in the Kremlin in the days to come. This might sound like good news, moreover; we had all better realize that Putin will simply pass the ball to the next dictator-in-waiting if we know our Russian history well and if he passes the baton to someone who knows how to command a military machine better than he did, we may all be going to boot camp before long. What has to happen is a major breakthrough on the battlefield and the big question is will the cluster munitions turn the tide of the war and see Russia go home?
