  1. What we have to do is never panic. Even people who do unscrupulous things have philosophies worth listening to. There was very wealthy man from Britain called Maxwell, I think it was---I am sure it was the father of Ms Maxwell who was Jeffrey Epstein's partner in crime. Well, the billionaire Maxwell who got caught and was on the run for having been caught fleecing retirement funds or something to that effect, once said something about confronting perilous situations and what he said was, "never panic." Up until I read that I always sort of panicked in one way or another when confronting anxiety-caused problems in life. I have followed his advice ever since and I haven't looked back. We mustn’t panic about Russia stoking up the boilers and thrusting across the front lines out gunning the shell-shocked and battle weary Ukrainian troops. There is enough ammo out there in stockpiles around the world and what we need to do or have someone do is visit every country in the world which has ammunition and 155 artillery shells and ask them to help out.
