  1. We had a heatwave in 2003 that lasted for all of May and June into July and no one talked of climate change. This is a canicule and it has nothing to do with carbon emissions, these things happen and that's all we should worry about. The world has always be evolved around us and now that we have sensors and every sort of measuring devise known to man, we are going out of our minds thinking it's all coming to an end. We're doing just fine and we'll learn to live with increasing temperatures because we have no choice to do otherwise. There is only one bit of advice I know when there is extreme heat and heatwaves: be cool!
