We have got to realize that blowing up the dam is number 10 on the list of things Russia is going to do as the Ukrainian offensive pushes on. What is coming down the pike is going to make blowing up the dam child's play. President Putin, Medvedev and Lazrov and those who work with them are Tzarists and therefore we have to realize that all and everything is permitted to restore the empire to its former glory, because the people who are in control of Russia know they have to succeed or end up in the dustbin of history.
