  1. What you have to do Legal Eagle is not call Elon Musk derogatory names or anyone else who is on the world stage insulting names---if at all possible. It does not do anyone any good and Musk simply played his hand wrong. We all know what happened; he got distracted: he had a rocket going to mars, his car company in trouble in China and in the turmoil, he wrongly calculated a deal to buy Twitter. The Twitter execs did everything they could to dissuade Musk from buying the company and jacked up the buying price to such a ridiculous level that Musk took the bait while his ego championed out and the next day he woke up with a whopper of a hang over and holes in all his pockets. What must be done is to get this sour play off of the front page in America, because it is making entrepreneurship look ugly. Musk has bitten into the electric eel deal of the century and he's only on life support because his money makers are still coughing up the dough, but the writing is on the bathroom wall: Get Musk an off ramp, put Jack Dorsey back in control of his baby, for example and let this fade away into Ken and Barbie land before things take a turn down a blind alley and a wonderful idea that became a world-class company ends up with Elon Musk leading a software parade of fleeced investors limping with bare feet on broken glass.
