  1. Excuse me Mr Anderson, I'm not British, but in all due respect I have never heard a British person have anything but good things to say about Australia and Austalians. I used to live in London, England and there were always Australians and Brits hanging out and having a good time and so I think that maybe you're referring to the political scene, but the person in the street in the UK has nothing but good things to say about Australia. The next I want to bring up is Taiwan. This is getting serious with the President of China having press conferences saying he wants Taiwan back in the fold. Can anyone of us imagine if a superpower started saying in press conferences that they wanted our country and then send dozens of warplanes overhead just to underline their point. What I think we have to do now is something like what has just happened with the US UK AUS alliance, and get Taiwan bullet-proof so to speak. Do you see what I mean? We've got to make China see that it's nice to say they want to take Taiwan and make it their country, but there is only one little problem: The Tawainese don't want to become Chinese. We must not think out-of-the-box and come up with a way to make China's goals on taking over Taiwan not possible. John, you're a political man, what say you?
