  2. Mr Gupta, I have no experience in politics, but I do believe the solution for curbing outsiders infiltrating in Afghanistan must follow this plan. Villages, towns and cities that have been taken over in Afghanistan must be re-taken. This is no surprise. But to win in Afghanistan in the long term, a contingent of Indian soldiers must remain permanently in each village, town and city cleared of the intruders. It will take time, but time is in India's favor. And: India has the manpower and more important the patience for it to work. This is a win/win approach as it will boost trade and good relations between two great nations and the intruders will little by little be forced to retreat one day from Afghanistan. This plan will work.
