  1. At 8:45 Dan Dennett says we are undergoing a revolution in who knows what! This is exactly where we are and why I have great hopes for the coming days, weeks and months and years no matter how many wars there are or how AI becomes god-like or how people fall away from or into religion or what a Trump presidency would do for America and the world. Because none of it really matters. What I see is that it is ok for people to believe in whatever they want to believe in, as long as they are deriving a benefit from it and it is not causing harm to others. David, Dan, I am an artist and I went into a gallery yesterday and the gallery owner said that now there are too many artists. I was waiting to hear that, because I am not in the top 100 let alone top 10,000 artists alive and working around the world. But what I see is that making art makes me happy; I compose songs and none of them have sold, but singing songs makes me happy. What I am saying is that the only revolution we need to follow in the human community is to follow your heart's desire and go to that place where you see the world as a pretty nice place to be in. When you follow that revolution, you can see that what is happening around you is only make believe in that you can interpret it six ways from Sunday and still find reasons to let it scare you or inspire you.
