David, even for you who has become used to commenting on stories about people that stretch the limits of credulity must be going home after your show this evening shaking your head and asking yourself if this really happened. Because the mere fact that Tucker Carlson has done this interview is an insult to all of you in broadcasting and television journalism and journalism in all its forms. There is no excuse for trashing a former American president with slime and which is an insult to all and everyone tuning in. Does Tucker Carlson not see how he is dragging your American flag in the mud and hanging out America's alleged dirty laundry for the whole world to see? The answer of course is that Mr Carlson has lost his moral compass for good this time.
