What is happening in your country to the education of all levels of students is like you said a failure of the political system to not have had a plan 'B' or plan 'C' or plan 'D' already thought up, worked out and ready to put in action. The military, more the airforce on 11 September 2001was doing war games for a probable attack on the Twin Towers; yes: they were going through excercises the day of 2001 on September 11th to be prepared for an eventual... attack... on; ohmygosh: The World Trade Center! What a coincidence! I just wanted to use a an example to kill two birds with one stone. The point is: what on Earth do the planners do in the US Government? Can we honestly believe an incoming president like Donald J. Trump would disband the pandemic department the first day on the job? It's incomprehensible to see the mayhem and fracturing of American society by a pandemic that should have been thought threw and even tested... like the September 11th excercises.
