  1. These murderous flair-ups and armed conflicts must to come to a halt for once and for all. Isn't it clear that the only way ahead is to find the Palestinians a home where they can set up a country? There is never going to be compromise, because one side will have to lose out on their land, but let's be real: Israel is there to stay and it's no joke that it's the 51st 'silent state' of America. As illogical as it sounds, as outrageous as it appears, wouldn't it be best to find a stretch of land that could really be a home for the Palestinians in one of the neighboring Arab countries and let them have enough land so that they can make it a viable country? Israel itself exists on a tiny patch of land barely large enough for it to be called a country in the first place. The fact is we can't go back in time and fix it there; it has to be fixed now and it can be. Peace for all sides is the only way. Give the Palestinians a home.

  2. What is obvious is that the desert sand needs to be re-examined and tests need to be made to change its compostion. The round grains need to be transformed and this might be accomplished simply by heating conveyor belts enough so that the grains become rough edged. This must be the way forward because there are deserts full of sand and it only needs to be transformed into river sand-like qualities. This should be the focus of scientists: transform desert sand into concrete-friendly sand.
