In all fairness, Meghan could not have known what she was getting involved in---none of us could. I mean, we're talking about The Queen of England. Protocol is everything. A free thinker would be stepping into quicksand from day one. We have to realize though that Harry has got his wish to be noticed as a person and not part of the backdrop of royal customs. If he had stayed in the world of the monarchy and got paid to be a smiling face and tight-lipped nobody, he would have had to wear a military uniform with rows of medals he didn't earn for the rest of his days.
