  1. Sound comes across more 'real' on vinyl records than cd's or digital. Especially SInatra originals. Sgt. Pepper would be a total loss on a cd cover, or to NOT see the cover at all! Record albums have 'air' in the tracks, like you can tell real people were playing in a real place. The vinyl 'hears' the sound the same way our ears do in the grooves and plays it back that way. And also,...all those gold and platinum records hanging at Elvis's house look sooooo cool!
