  1. You imply 42 years old is Old. If you’re living a somewhat health active lifestyle you’ve got more years in front of you than behind. I retired from the Air Force at 47 and started a new career and I’ll be retiring from that one this fall at 65 and looking forward to the next adventure. You are exactly right, it’s not so much about the destination as it is about the journey; yours isn’t half over get out there and enjoy it.
