  1. A tip I learned the hard way…cut relief cuts 45 degrees diagonally in from the corners of the overhead door frame so they intersect in line with the middle of the opening. The slab will shrink where it meets the those corners and crack, guaranteed. FTR I watched all the way to the end, it was worth it.
