  2. Sad story about the Plymouth owners husband but I’m glad she was wise enough to reach out to you for help. I’m no expert but it looks like he put a lot of work into, obviously we never get back what we put in. Hopefully she can get north of 10k, like others have said start at 15 (you can always go down but nobody is going up) I don’t think 15 will scare off any serious buyers. Being patient yet reasonable is the key. Rest in peace John.
