  3. It's more than 1 percent and that still accounts for thousands of women... so what's your point in saying this exactly? What do you believe we should do about their situation, ignore them? The embryo/fetus does not have full human rights. Never has. Nor is there any proof of "pain" experienced.

  6. ...what? First of all, I don't think anyone should be having children if they can't provide basic necessities for them. That's just cruel and inhumane. You would rather the child starve and suffer? That's incredibly odd and sad. Also there is VERY strict abortion laws in Africa, many women are FORCED to have the children or if they're desperate enough, risk their own life by trying to perform the abortion themself with little resource or help. Again, more suffering. I'm also not sure if you're aware of this, but in more progressive countries we believe in freedom and rights to our own body and body autonomy, which includes abortion.

So, no. Also what you're referring to is the neural tube, which is what eventually will become the spinal cord, and does begin at week 4 at the earliest... but it is not fully developed yet.

Because denying and ending are two completely different things. Regardless, murder is not simply "ending a life" its unlawful killing, merely a legal term. If abortion is legal in many places, using the umbrella term of "murder" would be incorrect to say. End of, or whatever.

The problem with YOU is you're not acknowledging that pregnancy exists inside of another's body, a person with rights and freedom to their body or what is inside of and affecting it.
