  6. Regarding no. 2: According to later revisiting of the tape, the Russian "cosmonaut" recording is just ranting gibberish. There are a few unexplained recordings that might be cosmonauts in trouble, and even a recording of a well known cosmonaut (Vladimir Komarov), of his final words before burning up in re-entry. Strange that you picked the least credible of the "lost cosmonaut" mysteries.

  7. Also 4: It would be odd for a planet's radio signature (caused by auroras of the poles) to have a message for humans. In English. That only sounds like English if you translate the radio signals into audio.
