Really fumbled arrest. The police were so concerned with keeping him in a stress position even after cuffed and secured that they screwed up the charge! This is how people get off these charges again and again through Police failings. Probably one of the most important arrests of that officers career, you’d think he would have been prepared. This horrific murder was only able to take place because Police sit in cars and do not police on foot. They have no idea what is going on in a community by sitting in a car on their phones and not specially aware.
