  1. Because he lacks any real world experience he doesn’t realise that cancelling a section of this project renders the rest of it useless. All the projections and investigations into how this system would be economically viable when operating have now been compromised. This will not be profitable route any longer. The lowering of freight capacity will continue to keep the A1 and M1 congested forever. This really was a dumb move. What he should have done is recruit an elite team of forensic accountants and gone after all the companies that have laundered millions through this project.
