Out of all the submarine services in the world the US Navy gets counter detected on every NATO exercise as their tactics and noise control is appalling.   28. Hilarious journalism! Interviewing a diver about a submarine is like asking a guy who works at a sewage plant about nuclear reactors. If you put a Navy diver on a scale of 1 to a thousand the Navy diver would be at no.1 for knowledge and the submariner would be at a 1000. They o not compare.

  30. If there is a secondary means of arrest then lethal force is not to be used. A police pursuit could easily have been started when she decided to flee. This was an execution by a poorly educated officer. We need to start employing police officers who have the educational requirements to understand the law and make better judgment calls. This is the same problem in thee UK police force.
