This has happened because the Navy is still ruing to con a small ship like a large ship. I’ve seen the Navy do this on numerous occasions. It’s like trying to drive a car from the passengers seat. The navy has lost so much of its professionalism over the last 20 years and has become a national embarrassment. They need to raise the entry level requirements that were lowered during a recruitment drive 20 years ago. We will lose a nuclear submarine with8n the next ten years.
