  1. We don’t need more houses built so developers can pocket even more money then not pay tax on it and stash it offshore. We need to limit the amount of properties and individual or company can own. This will lower house prices and make the market more stable so we don’t have a 15 year crash cycle. The UK needs to move away from a housing based economy and reduce prices to allow people to get on the property ladder. Making money out of renters helps no one and does not create exports to boost the economy.
