  1. Limit the number of properties a person or company an rent out. This will bring the house prices down and make more homes available and affordable. This has two benefits, no more poorly built new homes on mass estates that don’t have surrounding infrastructure to support them (Harrogate) and secondly this will prevent the UKs reliance on he housing market and prevent a 15 year economic crash cycle.
