  2. The plans is to allow Israel to take over Gaza and therefore the rights to the remaining offshore gas fields, a major petroleum plant will be built there. Assad will be overthrown and an Anglo American consortium will export oil direct from Syria through Israel. Syria will remain an American controlled forward operations base.
