  1. Sadly she is actually very right. The British workers I hired for offshore work in the North Sea were some of the worst laziest workers I’ve come across in 30 years of maritime work. My company now advises against hiring British workers offshore. The older generation were competent and intelligent. Sadly there seems to be a fashion in the UK to just turn up and expect to be paid.
