  9. Incredibly poor gun drills by the Police. There was no thought of innocent bystanders and background fire. This could have resulted in many innocent deaths. The police really need to think before shooting, the initial shots weren’t even aimed! You see this a lot in America, very poor gun drills and weapon discipline. Maybe an idea would be to ban ammunition in America, this wouldn’t affect your second amendment rights to bear arms.
