The only reason these people get to this level of crime is they are not checked at a younger age this is due to the fact there are no police officers walking the beat and have no clue what is going on locally. We need a UK campaign to get overweight officers out of there BMW X5s and plodding the beat. We don’t need more officers. We just need to get the fat ones out walking the beat.
