  1. They just broke international law, you can’t attack a hospital, you can’t attack hospital staff, you can’t execute a wounded civilian or combatant. They could have arrested them. This is exactly what the ICJ judge ordered Netanyahu not to do. The ICJ is currently in an emergency meeting.
