There's a time for peace, and there's a time for war. It's comical that most people leave war out of the equation in terms of solving problems.

@pcstar123 In China there are big demographic problems. Plus they got many adversaries. So let's see about "China not having a repeat of the 19th century". And one can of course solve problems by engaging in war by destroying the enemy.
