@roy_hks I don't believe in them, I know they're there. Of course, they're not absolute. But there are so many neighbourhoods in Northwestern European towns and cities where local and state governments have lost control.

The simple fact is that for me, as well as for many, many other people it's no problem whatsoever to mention neighbourhoods of many towns and cities in the Northwestern European countries where dark minded barbarians up to a great extend rule the streets, practically speaking. Where people laugh about the 'authorities'. These neighbourhoods are there for instance in Stockholm, London, Manchester, Berlin, Ruhr cities & towns, Paris, Marseille, Brussels. But ... you can of course always partly or completely deny the fact. That you have with social evidence. So perhaps don't try to be the smart guy since you only make a fool out of yourself with it.
