  5.  @KarasekUS  There are medical doctors on the other side who advocate eating a plant based diet . If doctors can not agree on what is a good diet, what should the rest of us do? Meat is good, meat is not good, potatoes are good, potatoes are bad, watermelons are bad, watermelons are good....Etc.
