Leaving Afghanistan is one of the dumbest moves by the US. It will come back to haunt us. Leftists seem to be OK with the Taliban and other Islamists. The US has been in Germany for more than 70 years and in South Korea for about 70 years. Why this rush to get out? What about the women and girls of Afghanistan? where are the so called feminists?

@Ehsan870 The Islamists do not represent all Afghans. The Taliban/Islamists are a creation of the Islamic state of Pakistan. Islamists by their very nature are anti-humanistic and have no respect for freedom, human rights, democracy, accountability...etc. Islam by its very nature is not compatible with a civilized way of life. The US will be forced to go back into Afghanistan and deal with the Taliban in the near future.

@Ehsan870 Without the support of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia the Taliban will collapse very quickly. Islam is a bad religion because it can not exist without the use of brute force. I support the freedom loving people of Afghanistan particularly the women of Afghanistan not the criminal Taliban.
