I never watched this show, so all I knew about it was the YouTube front page when I opened my computer in a new place (where it had no search history). From the video titles alone, it always struck me as being sensationalist, and thoroughly coarse. Its entire model seemed to be to gather together the most vulnerable and gullible people that they could find, stick them in a pressure-cooker and watch them explode at each other, all for a baying audience of sadistic screwups who enjoy watching other people's suffering. Man, I can't possibly imagine how that could've gone wrong.

@peterbeadman9010 Yes, and remember that everybody who dies from overdosing on Ecstasy has to buy it first - so that means everything's okay and we don't have to do anything about dead teenagers, right? After all, it was their decision to purchase the drug in the first place! There are so many appalling things I could justify with that logic.

@aubasanchez1566 One thing I never understood in history class was how there were so many people who were interested in spectating gladiatorial combat. I always used to think it's just that standards were different, but no, seemingly there just are enough sadistic people in the world to sustain an entertainment industry built on desecrating and humiliating other real life human beings.
