Churchill openly and avowedly held racist beliefs. He was a strong and vocal defender of the Empire - and the idea that White British had the natural right to rule over others. His instrumental role in defeating the Axis powers is not being denied by anyone - but he was a racist.

@jasondevon481 I think you'll notice that I was replying to the guy who told me that he was tearing up my credentials as a white person, because I'm apparently a race traitor. So yes, I think "racist" is an apt description for him.
