I'll give you a clue: it's the word Ghetto - a place where a hated minority is sequestered out of sight of racists and bigots - a place of deprivation and the constant fear of violence raining in on the outside. A desperate, hardscrabble place, where every moment is punctuated with the threat of instant death, violation, or exploitation. If there are ghettoes for you to walk through, then equality is out of the question. Black people didn't build the ghettoes.
