Before you know it, the Arctic will be temperate. That's not an exaggeration, by the way - that's what climate models suggest is possible. Goodness knows we'll need to start moving people there - large patches of Africa and the Middle East will be rendered completely uninhabitable for long stretches of the year. That's also not an exaggeration, by the way. The temperatures will be so high that you would quickly die from exposure to the atmosphere without a protective suit or habitat.

The UK will probably still be just fine - if a bit smaller. It's nations in the tropics and near the equator that will need to relocate. Their countries will become literally uninhabitable. Bangladesh will be submerged, for example. Parts of what is now Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE will cease to exist due to heat and climate flight.

True! Melting happens every year! And so does freezing! However, the rate of melting and freezing have changed. Arctic sea ice is melting faster than previously - and it's not freezing fast enough in the winters to replace the losses. Like so much fake news, I'm afraid this is entirely real and measurable. Go to Greenland yourself and take a tour of the glaciers, if you don't believe me. You can see it with your own eyes, if you wish.
