  2. Sure, the WHO made mistakes. But at least they called it a pandemic, mustered international response to the virus, and raised the alarm back in January. Meanwhile, Trump played golf, and still hasn't issued a nationwide shelter-in-place order. And has been using every daily press briefing as if it were a podium at a campaign rally.
