I think, and I am not a qualified psychologist - I think Trump has demonstrated before that he has an inability to distinguish between the name of a company, and its owner - he similarly struggles to separate the ideas of his family from his employees. To him, and his rather limited cognitive capacity, they're one and the same. "You look like Mr Bloomberg" probably is the outworking of Trump struggling to comprehend the idea of a journalist employed by the Bloomberg News Group. When he tries to summon up the idea of a reporter in his head, he thinks "Mr [Company]". We saw him do this at one of his Oval Office press briefings, where he called one of the assembled CEOs "Mrs Lockheed", for example. It's essentially a half-digested thought - and if you listen to most people's thoughts, the science suggests that actually most of it is garbled nonsense. The difference between Trump and normal people, is that normal people's brains are quick enough to fully process these random nuggets into well-formed speech before they open their mouths and say something stupid.
