With his total lack of essential life knowledge, his appalling diet, his long list of enemies and his propensity to start fights poeple that are stronger than him, it's frankly amazing that Trump is still breathing. I'd speculate that perhaps he's living proof that the Reaper does in fact take bribes, except we all know he's essentially broke and living off borrowed time. Maybe there's just no afterlife interested in taking him aboard, so he's been left to shamble the earth forever as an outcast soul - the universe's embarrassing little mistake.
