That's called special pleading. You know a clock has a maker because you're at least vaguely familiar with the process, or you've seen similar mechanisms in other devices. You know an essay has a writer because you've probably written one yourself. But you've never seen another universe come into existence. That's the difference. There's no frame of reference. I'm not taking on anything, I'm simply saying, show me the evidence. Nothing you've put forward so far cuts it.
