  1. Set the max amount charged for each level of health care. Take out all the unnecessary test. My father drank too much water and his sodium level rised. He was dizzy, etc. Each time that this happened The hospital dragged out to charged the insurance company Blood test. Hospital stay Etc. Seriously... each time he went in i already knew what was wrong but i wanted to be sure it wasn't something else.... If you are able to cut out the unnecessary test and amount Hospitals wouldn't charge so much to the insurance companies Insurance companies would not have a reason to charge so much to the people. Simple. Problems starts with Hospitals. 😮
